Divya is a firm believer in the transformative power of entrepreneurship, and its ability to disrupt the status quo and usher in a new era of progress for all. Over the past 15 years, she has honed her skills as a co-owner in a dynamic family-owned business conglomerate operating across Singapore, Dubai, and India. Her corporate and entrepreneurial experience has equipped her with the expertise to establish multi-million-dollar projects, recruit top talent to build successful businesses, work with accomplished board directors, and meet ambitious business objectives.

Throughout her illustrious career, Divya has led various leadership roles such as developing and successfully exiting healthcare institutions and countrywide retail ventures, and orchestrating the acquisition, turnaround, and growth of a financial services company. Beyond the world of for-profit businesses, Divya also applies her operational acumen to not-for-profit ventures with ambitions to create massive social impact in their field. She is an analytical problem-solver who believes that empowering people is the key to effecting meaningful change and progress in society.

Graduated with First Class Honors from Brunel University London in Economics & Business Finance Followed by a Masters in Accounting from University of Southern California. Became a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder. Completed her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Led the Family Business’s maiden venture into retail space with ‘Spice World’ - a retail and entertainment Centre.
Co-Founded Smart Global a family-owned conglomerate with interests in telecommunications, healthcare, finance and real estate in Asia-Pacific, India, and Middle East.
Stepping forth as an early mover in the mobile retail sector, as the Joint Managing Director of the Group’s Retail Business, Divya delivered successful operational results through revitalization of business strategy.
Leveraging her keen strategic acumen and operational proficiency, Divya was able to successfully implement the strategic turnaround strategy of a publicly listed company of the group.

As the leader, Divya was responsible for the establishment and management of Saket City Hospital, a super speciality hospital situated in India. Her efforts resulted in a highly successful financial exit through the creation of significant value within the organization.
Establishing her own Family Office, she sought out investments in funds and companies that were dedicated to delivering transformative technological products and services to their customers. In addition, she has a deep passion for supporting social causes that are focused on creating sustainable long-term positive impacts in the communities in which they operate.
